Every Vancroft piece is made to order.

PROCESSING
Allow 1–2 weeks for us to craft and prepare your piece. You'll receive
tracking the moment it ships.

UNITED STATES
Shipped insured with tracking. Delivery typically 2–5 business days
after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination. Duties, taxes,
and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not
included at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
All orders are insured. If your piece arrives damaged or does not
arrive, contact family@vancroftco.com and we will replace it.
