OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

VANCROFT & CO. STINGY JACK HOODIE CONTEST

1. SPONSOR
The Stingy Jack Hoodie Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Vancroft & Co. (“Sponsor”).

2. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest is open to qualifying Vancroft customers who purchase a Vancroft necklace between September 1, 2026 and October 15, 2026. Entries must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.

3. ELIGIBILITY
To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States. You must have purchased a qualifying Vancroft necklace during the Contest Period. Purchases made during the Contest Period before the Contest was announced are also eligible.

Employees of Vancroft & Co., the designated judge, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible to enter.

4. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible customers must submit the Contest entry form and provide the email address associated with their order, their Vancroft order number, and their response to:

“What does Vancroft mean to you?”

Limit one Contest entry per qualifying customer. Entries must be submitted by the stated deadline. Incomplete, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.

5. SKILL-BASED CONTEST — NO RANDOM DRAWING
This is a judged contest and not a sweepstakes or random drawing. The winner will not be selected by chance.

Each qualifying response will be reviewed by Vancroft & Co.'s designated judge. The winner will be the entrant whose response, in the judge's judgment, best captures what Vancroft means and represents the spirit of the Vancroft brand.

If the judge determines that two or more entries are equally deserving, the judge will compare those tied entries and select the response that, in the judge's judgment, most strongly represents the spirit of the Vancroft brand. The judge's decision is final.

6. PRIZE
One winner will receive one Vancroft & Co. Stingy Jack Hoodie in the winner's selected size, subject to size availability. The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred or substituted by the winner. Vancroft & Co. may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

The winner will not be required to pay Vancroft & Co. any shipping, handling, processing, or other fee to receive the prize.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The selected winner will be contacted using the email address provided with the Contest entry. The winner may be required to confirm eligibility and provide a preferred available hoodie size and shipping information.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, or does not respond within 7 days of notification, Vancroft & Co. may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries using the same judging standard.

8. ENTRY CONTENT
Entries must be the entrant's own response and must not contain unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringing material. Vancroft & Co. may disqualify an entry that violates these requirements.

By entering, the entrant grants Vancroft & Co. permission to reproduce or share the submitted response in connection with the Contest and Vancroft marketing. The entrant's name or other identifying information will only be used publicly with the entrant's permission.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Vancroft & Co. reserves the right to disqualify entries involving fraud, manipulation, false order information, abuse of the entry process, or violation of these Official Rules.

Vancroft & Co. may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest if circumstances outside its reasonable control prevent the Contest from being conducted fairly or as intended, subject to applicable law.

10. PRIVACY
Information submitted through the Contest entry form will be used to administer the Contest and communicate with entrants concerning their entries and the prize. Contest entry does not by itself subscribe an entrant to Vancroft marketing communications.

11. GOVERNING LAW
The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of the State of Vermont.
